Richard’s Lobster Bisque

Recipe provided by Kim F. "This is very rich and delicious!! This is my husbands recipe, and it is truly delicious!!!"

Ingredients

  • 1-lb of Lobster meat
  • 2 Cups of chicken broth
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 Cups of milk
  • 4 Cups of cream
  • Celery salt (1 tbsp)
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 2 Carrots ( diced small)
  • ¼ Cup of sherry
  • Black pepper
  • Lobster base (2 Tbsp)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and let simmer—be careful not to bring to boil or cream/milk will curdle.
