WHITE CHRISTMAS MIX

Recipe provided by Catherine S. "Scrumptious!!! A great Xmas snack and a great gift for families and friends. Ann T made this one year at a CCWC Xmas party and I've been making it every year since then."

Ingredients

• 6 cups Crispix
• 3 cups Cheerios
• 2 cups Holiday M&M’s
• 2 cups mini pretzels
• 2 cups salted peanuts
• 2 lbs. white chocolate (Eaton’s is best)

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate in a large bowl.
2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. It is suggested that once the water boils you turn it off and slowly melt the chocolate. Once melted, mix it with the dry ingredients and spread out on wax paper lined cookie sheets.
3. Cool completely before breaking up. Store in an airtight container.
