Richard’s Lobster Bisque
Recipe provided by Kim F. "This is very rich and delicious!! This is my husbands recipe, and it is truly delicious!!!"
Ingredients
- 1-lb of Lobster meat
- 2 Cups of chicken broth
- 1 onion
- 2 Tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 Cups of milk
- 4 Cups of cream
- Celery salt (1 tbsp)
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 2 Carrots ( diced small)
- ¼ Cup of sherry
- Black pepper
- Lobster base (2 Tbsp)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and let simmer—be careful not to bring to boil or cream/milk will curdle.
