Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe & Sausage

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb sweet Italian pork sausage
- 1/2 lb hot Italian pork sausage
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 dry red wine
- 1/4 tomato paste
- 1 lb orecchiette pasta
- 2 bunches broccoli rabe (2 to 2 1/2 lbs)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 and prick the sausages with a fork and roast them on a sheet pan for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once till just cooked thru. Slice 1/2"t thick and set aside.
